Robert Hudson1Payment is due the 27th of every month. My payment was mailed on more than one occasion on the 27th. Resulting in me getting phone calls and text messages from the lender about my payment being past due. Cancelled service after just a few months. Still waiting on the other half of my last payment to arrive. Claimed to have mailed out on the 27th of December. It’s now jan 5. Still getting calls about the missing half. If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not trust your payment with this company. It would be unfortunate to have a late/missed payment on your credit report because the third party company forgot to send it on time. I set up recurring payments with the lender and cancelled the middle man to avoid this issue.

Mark Sorenson1Customer service is terrible. Company takes and holds your money instead of paying when they should. I would recommend never to use this company. Then final payment is held longer causing issues for us. They do not want to make things right!
