  Horrible company all they want is MONEY MONEY. Even during this pandemic you think they would be a little more understanding but nope. Chris is very rude and so is the lady in the office. Terrible company will never recommend anyone to them not even to the Car dealership horrible people. Don’t go there even if it’s your last result, definitely not friendly or helpful people. My car was in a accident all they cared about was when the payment will be made not even if I was okay or the issues with the vehicle.

  I love this finance company! They report everything to the credit bureaus timely and they are very professional. I have now purchased two vehicles from General Auto and had them financed through Xpress. I recommend anyone with less than perfect credit but good money to go in and talk to Jeannie.

  Great company for people with less than perfect credit. They will give most consumers a chance to reestablish their auto loan credit. they are strict but for your own good. I like the way the down payment and financing flow. I hope I am successful this time and i get to drive a really nice used car.

  This is the worst company ever.after four years of paying on time i had payrol problems at work.the remaining balance on my car was 1800.after being a loyal customer for so long and being that close to the finish i thought they would work with me well they repoed my.how cold hearted can one be.i plan to take legal action. Not even one week later i was blessed with a brand new car.the bank did not count against me because they see i was scammed.stay way from this people they have no hearts.but i pray for them anyway.

  DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! Typical lot full of broke down cars that are shined up to look and run decent for the 1st 30 days, after that they hang you out to dry, it even says in the paper work "NO IMPLIED WARRANTY ONLY 1ST 30 DAYS OR 1000 MILES WHICHEVER OCCURS FIRST." boutght a car there, A.C. started acting up, told me I could bring it in " for a quote " which I would be 100% responsible for even tho I had gotten the car not even 3 months ago from them. Absolutely rude, absolutely unhelpful. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!

  We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with your banks response to your vehicle maintenance issue. As your bank we lent you the money to purchase the vehicle of your choice. You purchased the used vehicle from a dealership not the bank that lent you the money. The dealership offers a first 30 day warranty as most do, after 30 days they offer an option to bring vehicle in, but as with most, you would be reaponsible for cost. Particularly if over 30 days . Sometimes, they offer different terms for repairs. Perhaps if you contact them again and listen to their options, you could have a more favorable response.

  This company is exactly as they say they are. My documents specifically say NO GRACE PERIOD. So i knew what i was getting into. As long as you pay them by saturday bi weekly they dont bother you. Obviously this finance company is for ppl with low credit scores so we are a risk to them. I paid on time and they were able to get me transferred to a traditional loan company. And they did help my credit score!

  Total scam. They promise an interest then switch once downpayment is made. Not a real finance. They will ruin your credit even if u pay on time every month.

  This company gave me a second chance. My payments are higher, the company is very strict regarding the payments and it's up to the buyer to take heed or walk away. Thank you for giving me a second chance!
