  *4.5 stars* My overall experience was very good. Freddy installed my fence and did a good job. They installed it a little too long on one side so we will have to cut it off, but that’s an easy to fix and I don’t know if it was specified in the plans. There was a little lack of communication when it came to scheduling the install, but I had changed my phone number and even though they had the new one, they kept trying to call the old one.

  Juan and Julio did an excellent job installing our fence and they completed that job so fast! The sales team was very flexible and friendly as well! Highly recommend this professional fence company!

  I purchased a PVC fence from Superior Fence almost 2 months ago. I thought their prices were high based a previous experience with another company, the sales person convinced me that theirs was indeed a superior product as was the related service provided. To this point, the experience has been far from superior. On the installation. When the crew was close to complete I asked what would be done with the piles of dirt left from digging the post holes. I was told the rain would take care of it. I asked that they at least spread it out and they said they would and did not. When I inspected the fence on completion I noticed quite a few noticeable scratches. I was told how I could get them out which I had no intention of doing after what I had spent on the fence. In a matter of minutes they had taken care of them to my satisfaction. Not sure why I had to ask. The installer then told me I should purchase "Pins" for the bottom of both my gates so they were not damaged when it was windy when opening and closing. I mentioned that I would have thought they would have been included. they were on the last fence I purchased for a yard twice as large and at only slightly more money. When I called the office I was told they would be $40 each and the trip charge would be waived. I had just spent $2,500 for about 75 feet of fence? I said no thank you. Last week I called on Monday to ask them to send someone to adjust one of my gates that did not close properly and was promised someone would be out the following Thursday or Friday. When that did not happen, I called this morning and was told that with the weather lately they were 2 weeks behind schedule (I had called only a week before and no issue was mentioned) and I would get a call when they could send someone out. Disappointing. I would find it difficult to recommend this company.

It was my understanding when we spoke a few weeks ago that your concerns related to the dirt left on the property were addressed and corrected the day of the installation when I sent the crew back for that purpose. I genuinely believed it had been taken care of and this is the first time I learned that you were dissatisfied with the corrective measures we undertook that day. I'm sorry that we did not meet your expectations. Regarding the gate adjustment, as i mentioned to you on the phone, the continual rain these past three weeks has put us substantially behind and has caused us serious scheduling challenges. You are definitely on the list and we will get out to you as soon as we can to address the gate adjustment. We value you as a customer, we appreciate your business and we will get you taken care of just as soon as the rain relents a little bit. Thanks for your continued patience.

  I had a great experience with Superior Fence. They did an excellent job. The fence is so nice and a huge improvement to our back yard. The installer Fili and helper were on time and done in several hours. The job was done perfectly. Posting for Susan Crandall

  What a great experience working with these guys! You cannot find a better and more enjoyable group of people to hire for a fence company. I called after Irma. Came right out gave me a quote for 8 foot board on board with 4x4x12 post and cap rail. They have a great process of getting you into the permitting, design, material ordering and installation! It’s really enjoyable to work with everyone the office peopole, sales and installers. Cannot say how happy we are with our fence it’s really awesome and exactly what we wanted. Cannot wait to have them come back to redo the rest of the yard. Highly recommend them, classy run outfit with great staff and everyone is super cool and friendly.

  Josh is a great fence guy, Got a lot more information from his appointment that the other 3 guys all together, They say you get what you pay for and this setup was great all the way, Irrigation was a problem but it was not their fault

  After other estimates Superior was by far the least expensive. They were up front for length of time so no surprises. Fili was our installer and was very polite he has the top of our fence line very level with a professional look. The quality of the wood fence is very good, built to last. Highly recommend Superior Fence and rail in Oviedo Fl.

  Outstanding service and quality. Kathy and Carol were both pleasant and professional and stayed in constant contact about dates and times for the installation. The installation crew headed by Juan worked into the night in the rain with headlamps on to complete the job. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor made for a very enjoyable experience. Thank you very much Superior Fence for a job well done.

  After we adopted our first puppy, we quickly found out we needed a fence. The process of getting a quote and having the fence installed with Superior went so smoothly. Superior kept us up-to-date on the permitting (with the City of Oviedo) and installation times. Superior installed a beautiful white PVC fence around our large yard with three huge gates. Our lot is uneven all around and I was worried the fence would look odd, but Superior installed it perfectly. We could not be happier with our finished product and would recommend Superior to anyone looking for a fence.
