  I opened an account today, with the help of Sage Szczechowicz. She was absolutely wonderful! She made me feel as if I had been a member for years. Very helpful, very kind, and extremely easy to talk to. Thank you Sage, you made my day!

  If I could give this place 0 stars I would I’ve been sitting In line with no one else in the drive through for 15 minutes now haven’t even been talked too. When the lady finally did get up off her seat to help me she was very dude and short. Absolutely ridiculous having to wait here being the only person in line and receiving that kind of service. Still waiting to get my license and money from them we’re close to 30 minutes of waiting now. Thanks a lot north east credit union

  The staff here seem to really enjoy their jobs and each other’s company! They were so friendly that I actually felt like I knew them! While the atmosphere was welcoming, they still remained professional and handled my transactions with ease. Thank you for making my day!

  From the moment I walked into the branch I felt like I was treated like a member verus just a person. My husband and I had some questions and we got all them answered very professionaly and with a kind smile. Nikki was very helpful and very kind as well. They just seemed to go above and beyond and asked us questions about our days as well as just the account info. I love being a member with a bank where I feel like they want me to a member there not just a number🙃

  I went in to open an account and had the best experience I have ever had at a bank! Sage was super helpful and super friendly and I felt like I got all my questions answered and I felt like I was treated as a real person not just a number. I would most certainly recommend her to anyone looking to open a new account!

  We went in to inquire about a loan and Lesa Hollis at Lee branch made our experience so pleasant. She explained all options open to us and answered all of our questions along the way. We ended up with a loan through Northeast Credit Union and are extremely pleased.
