  Only has drive through open??? This causes people to literally have to wait close to an hour to make a simple transaction or use the ATM. This has happened every single time I come here. Minimum of 45 minutes for a drive through atm.

  Concord location 1/29/2021 Lobby is closed because of Covid and for the past 3 days the ATM has been down. And this is not the first time this has happened. Just drove by this morning before work only to be disappointed yet again. The drive up.hours have not been extended so if you work during the day you can't access it. Forget about Saturday as the line is all the way to Rt 106 which then becomes a safety hazzard. This is beyond ridiculous. The lobby should re-open or the drive up should be open till 8pm every night until they decide reopen the lobby!!!! 🤬😡🤬 Clearly they do not care about customer service.

  Covid really messed things up for me and my fiance on our loan. Abby kennedy the credit resolution specialist for the concord branch is fantastic. The most helpful person I have ever dealt with in banking and customer service. She's quick to respond and works with you. Honestly would never have a personal loan anywhere else just because if her.

  I don’t even go to this bank, but my girlfriend does, and I’m with her right now in line along with 30 other vehicles. Biggest issue is only having the drive through open. This is a massive waste of peoples time. I get that it’s because of covid, but my goodness. If you can eat inside a McDonalds, you should be able to do business inside this bank.

  Good bank, Very happy with them. Have had great interest rates on several autos. One super complaint: the drive up teller process in Concord is EXTREMELY LONG! To the point I will go in to do my transactions. And always let them know why I'm inside instead of the drive thru.

  My wife and I switched to GSCU to bank with a local credit union. Great place to do all your banking. Great hours as well. Especially on Saturdays. I like how they are connected with other credit unions which makes it even more convenient. Only slightly negative thing is some of the staff up front are sometimes cranky, and it shows. However, I like how they seem to know their returning customers which gives it that local feeling that you won’t get from a cooperate bank. I recommend GSCU to anyone that wants to get back to that local feel of banking.

  Because of Covid they closed the lobby. Be prepared to sit in a line of traffic for almost an hour. There is a long line each time I try to go. Because of this Iam closing my account and going to a more dependable credit union

  Very poor. I have been banking here for many years now and within the past few months the chip cards are not working. I end up using my own credit card then have to pay interest charges because these cards don't work. Once in a while I can find an ATM that allows me to take out cash but otherwise I get either a declined or unauthorized message and I have had enough will be closing my account here tomorrow. They have given me three different cards saying it was just the magnetic strip but that doesn't explain why the chip will not read in chip readers.

  Hands down the best bank/credit union. No monthly fees, online banking, easy to use banking app. Can make transfers between my checking and savings with ease. And they're also pretty fast. I've waited for ever in lines at other banks, but I'm always in and out at GSCU.
