  I want to point out that Charles Baxter made my home buying experience disappointing because he confused me with his misleading information and lack of good communication. Also, he has to work on his listening skills. There were occasions where I could not get a word. Moving forward, pay attention to your clients and explain the processes and information more clearly. Additionally, I want it known that lost 400 plus dollars for an inspection for a condo I assumed I was ready to purchase. Again, disappointed and embarrassed client.

  Glen Woo handled my refinance so well. He is professional, knowledgeable and hard working as well as an honest, good man. I had to call him several times with questions. He always gave me his time. He would answer my questions and if there was a concern, he always went above and beyond to make sure all was handled correctly. It was great to know I was in good hands.He kept me informed every step of the way. I have told friends about my experience and would refer him to anybody! So grateful.

  Dillon Floyd is very attentive and diligent about getting the process moving smoothly. Couldn’t be any happier with my experience with NFM. This is the second time I do my financing through them. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

  NFM Lending came highly recommended from my sister in law and I can see why. From the very first time we met, I just clicked with the staff. They are very friendly and really put a personal touch to the process. Always kept me up to date with the process and made sure I was taken care of. It was truly a pleasure going through my home buying experience with them!

  Thank you NFM for working really hard to help us close on time. Our appraisal was ordered fairly late, but the team worked really hard and it all worked out in the end. I worked specifically with Drake and I felt like he really had my best interests in mind and I'm thankful for that.

  My wife and I were extremely happy with our experience with NFM lending. We were referred to them via our realtor. We in turn, referred them to our friend/purchaser of my townhouse. Ken was responsive, always checked up on us, and made sure all my questions were answered. I would not hesitate to use them for any future loan needs.

  Excellent service would highly recommend this company and Frank Jackson when purchasing a home. He was very reliable and easy to contact throughout the day and night. We didn't encounter any problems purchasing home with him from out of state.
