  Had the best experience using NextGen realty this past year. My roommates and I worked with Sarah Ericson and she was an absolute pleasure. After having a terrible experience in the previous year, Sarah was a breath of fresh air. She was very attentive and made sure we were making the right decision. She cared about where we were living and made the entire process very easy. I cannot say enough how amazing she was. I highly recommend using her at NextGen realty, you won't be disappointed!

  If you are looking for a reliable and accommodating realtor in the Boston area, you need to contact Lydia Leonard. As a first time renter, I had many questions about properties and the process in general, all of which Lydia was able and willing to answer. She knows Boston and its surrounding areas very well, and she will find you exactly what you're looking for. Communicating with Lydia is also a breeze, she replies to texts and emails momentarily, providing additional info and anything else you may need. She takes the time to make sure you will be comfortable and happy with your new home. I cannot say enough positive things about Lydia and my experience with her!

  Hank Carias at NextGen Realty was great and worked to get us the apartment we wanted! Finding an apartment in Boston can be tricky but Hank was readily available with answers to my questions and made the process much better. He is super professional but also very friendly. I would recommend him!

  My girlfriend and I were in the process of relocating to the Boston area for work. We contacted NextGen Realty and were put in touch with Mike Porter. He was absolutely fantastic. He listened to our list of demands and did a fantastic job of putting together listings that met our needs. He also set up a great viewing day for the listings that we wanted to see. All in all he was able to take what should have been a stressful experience and turn it into a productive, stress-free experience. Thank you so much for your time Mike.

  Haven’t had the best experiences with realty agents in the past when it comes to finding an apartment to rent; always felt like I was a number in their client book to be thrown at a list of apartments until I stuck to one of them. NextGen changed that. I worked with Kashif Thompson, who was amazing. We spent one day of viewing a variety of units within my price range. I didn’t settle for anything, so we talked a bit about what I liked and didn’t like about what I saw that day. The second time on showings Kash gave me a selection where every appartment would have been great! Ended up in an apartment that had everything I was looking for AND was under budget. Really happy I with my experience at Next Gen. Definitely would not have found my new place without a hand from Kash.

  Joe is THE BEST! He was so responsive throughout the entire process and extremely flexible when it came time for showings. My roommates and I were not from the area we were looking in so it was a breath of fresh air when Joe was extremely knowledgeable about the area. From parking to gyms to restaurants, Joe knew it all. What set Joe apart was really his honesty and genuineness. He truly had our best interests at heart and wanted us to be happy with the apartment we chose. Best Realtor experience we've had by far.

  Worked closely with Ben from Nextgen and he was very helpful with subletting our apartment when we had to move out. Ben is very responsive and goes above and beyond to make sure the client is well served and in the loop with activities that are going on. Highly recommended!

  I highly recommend Nextgen Realty. After meeting with a number of very rude realtors in Boston, we had the pleasure of apartment hunting with Amaury. He worked hard to pick up on our preferences and took a whole evening to show us different options around Boston. Not many realtors will offer their time so generously. My two roommates and I found a place that we LOVE, and have had an extremely pleasant experience securing the place.
