  I used to love Bank of America customer service but something has changed these last few years. The wait times are atrocious (30min plus on multiple days), the silo work bubbles (where each employee is trained on a limited number of tasks and passes you back to the queue to wait for someone else), and that is why I have ended my relationship with them after over a decade. I’m not sure why other banks can close an account instantaneously, but Bank of America takes days?

  Employees are nice enough, but there’s never enough tellers to service members, nor enough quarters. $10 dollar quarter roll limit. Have waited in line for 30 minutes just to be told there is no more quarters.

  This branch sucks. The hours are bad, the lines are long, the windows are understaffed. If you want to feel like you're being punished for some unknown offense, definitely visit this location.

  The slowest, least helpful branch I've ever visited. I need quarters but I just left. I'd rather wash my clothes by hand lol. Line out the door, three people in offices, one teller and one guy walking around closing the branch. Are they hiring new managers?

  The attitude of the staff is friendly and helpful. I applied for credit card BOA online but got denied. When I went in person I got approved. The only thing is that I wanted to withdraw some cash to buy a car from a private seller, they didn’t have enough because of COVID-19. Imagine one of the biggest banks not having enough cash! The main reason why I most people are with this bank is because of of their atms and cash transactions.

  Today my friends and I went to this place. We were greated by branch manager and staff. Very friendly. Not busy at all. No lines. Miriam and Mukesh helped us alot. I definitely recommend paying them a visit in case you need some help with your banking.

  There is always a long line, the tellers are both pretty incompetent. It's the same two tellers every day, but usually there is only one of them at the counter at any point in time. I never have as much trouble with my transactions at any other BoA as I do at this one. They always seem to find a reason to tell you to hold on a moment and wait for an extra 5 minutes. Overall, wildly insufficient & unprofessional!

  The Asian lady that works there is rude and condescending. She made a comment to her co-worker "That's the only thing he comes here for." after I asked, if she had any rolls of quarters. Imagine getting attitude from withdrawing your money.

  Pressured me into making an checking account when All I wanted to do was cash my check. Lines are long and customer service is helpful but needs to back off when I’m trying to use the atm. Edit : honestly I’ll give it another star because Tarik was helpful
