  THERE IS A GUY THERE THAT HE WANTS TO KONW EVERY THINGS HE CAN, HIS NAME IS TONY, HE ASK YOU PERSONAL THINGS FOR YOUR ACCOUNT OR SAFE DEPOSIT BOX , THE NAME SAY SAFE DEPOSIT AND HE ASK YOU WATH DO YOU HAVE THERE THATS IT NOT HIS BUSINESS, ALSO HE TALK TO THE OTHERS EMPLOYEES ABOUT WATH HE THINKS ABOUT YOU O YOUR PERSONAL LIFE , BEFORE HE WOS IN CITY BANK IN BRIGTHON CENTER , NOW HE IS IN TD BANK , AND HIS ACTITUD IS THE SAME , TROUBLE , AS SOON I FIND ANOTHER BANK, I MOVE FROM THERE , I HOPE THAT IT IS GOING TO BE THE LAST TIME I SEE HIM , NO GOOD EMPLOYEE, MY PERSONAL BELONGIES FROM MY MOTHER AND FATHER ARE MY SECRET

  Recently someone went into the Brighton branch asked for a debit card to my account and received one I talked to probably 10 different people over 3 weeks no one could help me they had no interest in investigating who this was they were rude they didn't care that it happened they were of no help both of the managers whom I talked to at the Brighton Branch seemed to be clueless. Almost as if something like this has never happened. Personally this is the worst bank I have ever had to deal with in my 51 years

  The allston branch is very pleasant. Nice young ladies who were very fast and efficient. Thank you guys. However....the Brighton branch are rude and WILL discriminate against you!! Never will I visit that branch EVER again.

  Sam called me to tell me she had my wallet. I am incredibly thankful to her for keeping my wallet safe. I left my wallet there overnight after depositing my cash when I got off my night shift at the bar. To take the time to look me up, call me & keep everything in there safe, was a blessing. Thank you!

  Worse service ever received at a TD bank. The tellers were polite but that Carlos manager is rude. He was so unprofessional . This branch makes TD banks look bad
