  More and more online and automated business make it hard to find a live person, let alone good personalized service. It's refreshing to find a dedicated team like Ellicia Romo and Josh Culver. They're not just dedicated to their jobs, they're dedicated to their clients, to seeing us get in to our new houses. Professionally, they possess an immense amount of knowledge and tools for just about any situation that comes up. However their personal touch, the care that they put in making the loan process as painless, staying in touch almost daily with status updates and being there when when the keys get handed over. I don't know if everyone does this, but it sure makes all the difference because homebuying can be stressful. Thank you Ellicia and Josh at Nexa Mortgage.
