  Amber and her team were great in closing on an abbreviated timeline. Darin ran point on getting all of the paperwork and information required to close the loan. Brittany was always available to answer any questions or provided an update on where we were in the process. If you need a reliable team that will work with you and keep you informed every step of the way I can't think of another mortgage broker that could provide a better experience. Everything was smooth, at the end of the process I am always worried about some gotcha to pop up out of nowhere, but thankfully it never came. We are now proud owners of a home in the mountains.

  Amber and her team did a great job for us on our refi! Abram was very helpful and responsive and Daren was easy to work with at the end for final processing. Everything was easy, streamlined, and I love that I was able to just upload our docs on their app. Great job team!! Highly recommend and I will continue to use Amber again and again. This was our third loan together.

  Amber is a true pleasure to work with on any mortgage on refi. This is at least the third time I have used her services and have never been disappointed . She is warm, caring, and a true professional. Once you are a client of hers, you will be one for life.   Everyone was great to work with. Had an in depth conversation after PreApproval to discuss different options/strategies based on percentage down. When making our offers that we were particularly aggressive on we were always able to get in contact with someone on the team we'd worked with to get a verbal confirmation that the financial backing for our offer was sound. Will recommend and would happily work with Guild again.

  Go Team Kovarik! Where others failed, Amber and her team came to the rescue! Professional, courteous, friendly and responsive. Everything they said, they did. Nothing was over-promised. If anything, they over-delivered in my opinion. No hassle about rates (they even were able to get me the best rate in the end!) The team is really focused on getting you in your new home, like it should be.
