      I love Alma Noll (Senior Loan Consultant). Not trying to flirt, but, she has a wonderful, calming voice, which is a godsend when dealing with something as stressful as refinancing. I was able to telephone her at night, during non-business hours, to ask questions about the refinancing process. And, she always answered the phone.
