  I cannot recommend Jeff enough if you are buying a home. I bought my first home in 20 years in AZ (my last home was purchased in Canada), so I was unfamiliar with all of the changes post 2007. Jeff not only knew all the current programs, rules and laws and how to efficiently navigate them, but he was able to explain them to me in a way that I understood. Is Jeff responsive? Jeff will call you back as his first possible chance (which is usually almost instantly), but he called me to give me an update on some new programs he found from the side of the highway while on vacation as there was a small window on these programs and he wanted to make sure I had all options in front of me. Getting financing for a home purchase should not be this easy, but with Jeff it really was.

  Jeff is on top of it before you are! Met Jeff through a close friend, was highly recomended. I was astonished with his knowledge of not only the market, but all the current laws and programs available in buying a first home. We had chosen the Gold Canyon area to raise our family and Jeff did not disappoint. Jeff made the entire process easy. With all the bumps and hissups in making a home purchace Jeff really smothed the road which alowed us to concentrate on acrually moving.
