  Just closed last month on my first investment property and the process was super easy and smooth. Worked the Peyton Reich throughout the whole process and he was super helpful the whole time. He worked with me to find a solid lender and walked me through the whole process and was always taking my calls. Highly recommend giving these guys a chance and using Peyton as your representative.

  bought 2 investments properties from NWA, very good and responsive, process was very clear and straight forward. Ford Story handled our purchase and was very helpful. overall good experience. only thing with NWA is you have to have your numbers before analyzing theirs.

  I recently closed a deal with New Western Acquisitions and must say I was completely blown away at how honest and professional these guys are. Specifically Anthony Frunzi. He was beyond awesome and very patient. I can’t lie and say I wasn’t skeptical, especially seeing that I’m very new to Real Estate investing. My mentor was even amazed that they carried this deal through with as much integrity as they did. Very easy to work with, punctual, responsive, and flexible to the needs of the seller. Will definitely be using them again for future deals!

  Completing a real estate transaction is like doing a puzzle. There's many pieces that all come together to make a success. New Western and Anthony Frunzi are a great piece to the puzzle. Having them give fair offers to sellers and still being able to market it to investors at a price they're willing to make a profit is what I appreciate. I've had now 4 successful transactions with them and all have made the anticipated profit. They promote that you do your own due diligence and don't push you into something that's not in your buy box. Yes they have deadlines, but don't we all because all parties depend on them.
