  I had originally called to let them know that my husband of over 40 years had just passed away and see if I could get a forbearance on my payment this month to help me pay for travel expenses. They went the extra mile, refried my lone, gave me extra money to get me through. 👌 Excellent Customer Service!👍👍👍

  Wow, best finance company that I've ever dealt with and Ive done business with too many. The people here are so personal and treat you like a person not just an account. Highly recommend, they consolidated 4 of my loans and I am now savin 470 every month. Thanks Lili and Nick!

  My loan agent was Mrs. Hernandez, she called me around 9pm and talk with me almost a hour, answering all my questions... she worked with me till we got an approval, awesome customer service, very satisfied customer.

  THIS PLACE IS FILLED WITH SCAMMERS!!!! The only way possible they have "positive" reviews is bc the employees are writing them. The interest rates are 30%! I called in trying to make my first payment and they told me about how they could "reduce my rate" and get me more on my loan. AFTER 3 WEEKS of the slowest communication possible, I learned that my payment was LATE. I called and paid the balance in full and have now complained to the BBB. STAY AWAY I would give NEGATIVE stars if I could. You would be better off dealing with a loan shark than these lazy, incompetent people.

  Amazing company.. been dealing with them for several years now. Entire staff is always so friendly and attentive to all of my needs and boy are they quick.. They also got snacks and candy for ther customer which I love. Thank you Regional Finance!
