  The banker turned me away from opening an account 40 mins to close because it would take about 45 mins to complete (her own words) Just tell me you don’t wanna stay an extra 5 mins. I chose not to open an account based on that experience.

  Don’t come in here if you don’t have all day. It’s always insanely busy with like 4 tellers in the entire building. Avoid this location at all costs

  Some of the girls are really nice but there are a few people that once you go through the line they don't say anything to you. Not hello, not thank you, nothing. Then, I have had no problem cashing my company petty cash checks- over 6 months now I have been bringing in the same petty cash checks they have all looked the same. Now all of a sudden they will not cash it. It hasn't been a problem and now all of a sudden it's a huge deal!

  Absolutely deplorable drive thru wait times. Came here on 01/16/2018 to do a commercial deposit at the drive up bank of 8 checks and it took them 13 minuets to complete my deposit, then on 01/17/2018 and it took 16 minuets to work a 12 check and 2 cash bag deposit. One of the worst Wells Fargo branches in Fort Worth!

  Everyone is professional and polite. But it would be nice if there was an actual walk up atm machine so you wouldn't have to walk through the drive through with the cars!

  Had an appointment for nine am, he waits till nine to call and cancel says he'll call at 12 to see me today, its 1:30 and still ain't called, he lied to me twice....

  Expect to be in the drive-thru for atleast 45 minutes..long wait very slow service.
