  If I could give 0 stars i would . Janette chacon was our loan officer. She ran my credit we were working with her , the market is very crazy right now i submitted many offers and still no luck . Not even a month with working with her and she lost patience. Since day 1 she would messed up alot on my prequal , she messed up on my name , last name , middle name , dates , numbers . Then She stop answering my calls or texts instead of telling me she not interested in working with us . She just stop answering and made me waste my time . Now i have to go with another loan officer and run my credit again because of her . I DO NOT RECOMMEND JANETTE CHACON .

  David, I am very sorry about this experience. I would be glad to talk with you and give you ideas on giving you a solid approach on a pre-qual. I prefer to get involved when offers are being reviewed by the listing agent and help them understand the strength of your loan file. Credit, assets, length on job, debt to income discussion upfront usually helps listing agents and sellers make a better choice when accepting offers.   If I could give negative stars I would... Vanessa Torres is the absolute worst loan officer I have ever dealt with. Steer clear of this company. Non responsive, rude and incompetent. You will lose the house you are buying and your earnest money in the process.

  Bob and Danielle at New West Lending are absolutely amazing. Could not have asked for a more seamless process. We were referred to them from our realtor because they work FAST. We could have closed in a week if we wanted to!

  Horrible people and they have no knowledge of underwriting or processing loans. Thier goal is to increase your blood pressure and get you heart attack. They should be audited by CFPB!!!! You can apply with some one has 1st grade school degree better than go with them so stay awaaayyyy.

  I would have to agree with all the other reviews on this page if I could give them 0 absolutely horrible service they ask for all your personal information and then they never get back to you they need to be audited by the Better Business Bureau I don’t see how they are still in business specially having your personal and confidential information a first grader would absolutely know how to deal with this better than them very bad service service they have no clue what they are doing I’m still waiting for somebody to get back to me and this has been almost 2 months or more maybe Martin and Susie were my loan officers.

  Dear Marisol, my team and I apologize if our communication was not understood for the additional items needed for your pre-qualification of a home purchase. Down Payment Assistance types of loans require additional review for qualifying. In most cases, they limit debt to income which decreases the sales price of a home for you to potentially purchase. We are sorry that your experience didn’t match up to your expectations as this is an uncommon instance.   Absolutely horrible customer service, non-responsive. Lost the earnest money deposit and the home because they couldn't get the loan processed in time.

  F- FORM ME...ABSOLUTE WORST LOAN COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! I WENT WITH THIS LOAN COMPANY BECAUSE I WAS TOLD BY THE LOAN AGENT (WENDY WHIGHAM) THAT THEY WOULD ABSOLUTELY BE ABLE TO DO MY LOAN. WE ARE SELF EMPLOYED & SHE REASSURED US NUMEROUS TIMES. THERE WAS NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS FROM DAY 1. SHE ASKED FOR ALL OUR ITEMS & WE GAVE HER EVERYTHING IMMEDIATELY. TRYING TO COMMUNICATE WITH HER WAS DIFFICULT. I BELIEVE SHE MUST WORK FROM HOME OR THIS IS A PART TIME GIG. NONETHELESS, WE WERE REASSURED EVERYTHING WOULD BE FINE. WE WERE TOLD UPFRONT THAT THIS WOULD TAKE 30 DAYS. WELL....ON DAY 30, NOTHING! STILL HADNT BEEN UPLOADED TO THE PROCESSOR, NOR HAD AN UNDERWRITER EVER SEEN OUR FILE. DAY 40, WE WERE IN THE SAME SPOT AS DAY 30. I SPOKE TO MANDY REGARDING THIS AND SHE STATED IT IS HER COMPANY, THEY DONT EVEN REPLY TO HER! SO I DECIDED I WAS GOING TO WRITE THE PRESIDENT (Bob Heidrich), VICE PRESIDENT (Gail Atwood) & UNDERWRITER (Gary Huntoon) OF THE COMPANY...NOT ONE OF THEM WROTE ME BACK TO DISCUSS THEM LEAVING MY FILE HIGH & DRY!! HOWEVER, MANDY CALLED ME STATING THEY FORWARDED HER MY COMPLAINT EMAIL, WHICH CLEARLY MEANS THEY GOT MY COMPLAINT & DID NOTHING. BASICALLY, MY FILE SAT WITH THEM FOR 40 DAYS AND THEN THEY JUST DROPPED IT & NEVER PROCESSED IT...I was never denied, I was highly qualified but yet, the file was complex for them because I am self employed so they decided to just leave it & not contact me after leaving all my eggs in their basket for 40 days!! Terrible Company & even worse customer service. I will be filing a complaint with all states they work in! They should be held liable for lost money!
