  Matt Wilson is genuinely the most exceptional loan consultant I have ever dealt with and I couldn’t be more thankful to have used him and his team for my second home purchasing process. The communication and hours he spent working on my loan were both incredible. I can say that I will be using him every time in the future and highly recommend him to anyone needing an excellent loan consultant.

  I wish I had the same experience these other people had. We started our refinance in April. Long story short, after being strung along, lied to, and given false hope, come July we were told it was not going to work. 3 months of being told we are fine, everything is good, just moving slow, only to be told we can't refinance! We were even told not to pay our June mortgage because we were going to close, come to find out the person we were working with(Jay W.), was wrong once again, and we ended up having to pay WITH a late fee. Our loan was apparently suspended for 3 weeks and at no point were we told, we just kept getting lied to that we were moving forward and "waiting on underwriting". We had to resubmit documents multiple times because they kept getting "misplaced" or said they were never received, even though I had the email proof. The whole process was a joke and and probably one of the most frustrating things I've ever dealt with. This is our third home and I have NEVER dealt with such an incompetent group of people. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

  I have worked with several loan officers in the past and Matt Wilson is the best thus far. He exceeds expectations with his knowledge, honesty, and communication. They also beat the rates of other competitors! I have referred several people to Matt and New American Funding, all satisfied customers!

  Justin Lusk is simply the best. I've worked with him on 2 different refinances now. He was willing to advise me on the best course of action to take to save me the most money. He worked with me for months to find the exact right mortgage rates in a volatile mortgage market. I wont use anyone else!!
