  Jennifer has been an amazing resource for our family! She got us an AMAZING mortgage rate (.25% lower than anyone else would offer us, with NO POINTS), but has done so much more. When offering us a mortgage she did a comparison of what terms would be best for us, helped us decide what we could afford, and looked at the whole picture of our finances.   Jennifer was amazing from start to finish! We were fortunate enough to do a “buy before you sell” and Jennifer was key in leading us through the process. She also had some excellent referrals for home insurance companies which ended up saving us hundreds of dollars in cost. Her process for uploading and sending documents was straightforward and prompt. Jennifer was a true professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend!!!

  Jennifer is the best! She was patient with me when ever I called her to ask a question or five. She is extremely knowledgeable about the entire process. The tools she has developed to help customers understand the process are fantastic. I still utilize two of them monthly. The best reason to use Jennifer is that she genuinely cares about her people and when you’re her client you’re her people. Anyone can know the numbers and anyone can have great customer service and anyone can care but Jennifer is one of the very few that does all three while laughing with you.

  Mortgage by Jennifer is amazing to work with. From the very first meeting we were impressed with the way she sat down with us and went over all of our finances and told us what we needed to do to maximize our credit rating. Jennifer walked us through every step of the process and got us to the point where, when we found our home, we were ready to move forward immediately, which got our offer noticed. She guided us through to closing and made it a breeze for me and my family. We were traumatized from buying our first house and she made this soooo easy since we were prepared from the beginning. She is a true professional and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

  First time home buyer here! Jennifer was excellent in informing me of MULTIPLE options to stop paying rent and get into paying for my own home instead. Genuinely a GOOD person. I didn’t even read any reviews; after her first zoom meeting with me, I could feel the goodness in this woman. So if you’re reading this, and you’re scared because you’ve never taken this type of step in your life: just have one meeting, you won’t regret it. She is a lioness of a lady, a true leader that is clearly very passionate in helping people achieve their goals.   Jennifer is absolutely wonderful and is extremely knowledgeable in her profession in the mortgage world!
