  We made an offer on a house in August... the mortgage company we were using kept moving the closing date....saying they were working on it..etc....arterial.is 2 months of this we heard about Kelly..explained our situation and told her the seller was tired of waiting. Her team and her stepped up to the plate..pushed themselves and finished everything in time for the 10 day window we gave her. We are now own our own house and are making it " a home". Excellent work Kelly and her team!!! Thanks a million!!!

  I am extremely happy that I had Kelly in my corner when buying my new home. The Mortgage I needed had alot of qualifying criteria and at first glance I didn't look like I was going to be able to be approved. I spoke to multiple people but Kelly was willing to go the extra mile and she did. She worked through the details and came up with a plan to get me approved for the mortgage type I needed. I had a quickly approaching deadline to be out of my previous rental and she was able to get my closing scheduled early! I highly reccomend Kelly Cearing!

  Kelly is the best. I’ve had the opportunity to know her for the last four years, on a professional basis, and she is very passionate about what she does. The most reoccurring theme, is her ability to truly help people through what is often a challenging process. She stays up to date on the current business trends, rules, regulations, interest rates and what needs to be done to accomplish the job. When it comes to mortgages, I don’t anyone else better than Kelly Cearing. And her personality is off the charts! Positive, upbeat, partnered with a “never take no for an answer” attitude. I highly recommend her for any mortgage loan assistant you may need.

  I am fortunate to have been introduced to Kelly. I was 12 days from closing with USAA, and had luckily already completed the appraisal, when I met Kelly. Not only was she great to work with, but she got me ~1% APR lower, while still closing on time.

  Kelly and her team made all the tedious paperwork and data submission that go along with securing a mortgage a lot more pleasant than it normally would be. They were patient and responsive- always willing to answer questions or explain details that weren't readily apparent to me. highly recommend.
