  Jeannine Dalton and A Mortgage Boutique came through for me...again! Jeannine has helped me buy homes as well as refinance four times. This is the first with A Mortgage Boutique and my experience was even better (if that’s even possible) than before. Jeannine was able to get me a competitive rate and close quickly (which is why I keep coming back). She was there to quickly answer all of my questions, no matter the time of day, and guide me through all of the available options.   I wish there was an option for 100 stars. Jeannine is very professional and honest. This is the third mortgage I have used her for. Twice at the other place and once at her new place. She is very knowledgeable and will give you multiple options and recommend the one that's best for you and your situation. This whole process didn't even take three weeks and now I'm saving money every month! The estimates that Jeannine made those three times were only dollars off actual cost, no BS there! Jeannine was voted first place for favorite mortgage loan officer. I recommend no one but mortgage boutique for your mortgage needs. I also got 4 of my friends to refinance and they are very happy and saving money as well. If I ever buy again or refinance another time (not likely because of the low rate Jeannine got me) I will use this company! Thanks again for everything Jeannine and for taking such great care of your clients!

  I won't buy a home with anyone else. Jeannine Dalton has been our loan officer for the purchase of our last two homes and a refi. She truly cares about her customers and takes the time to show it. When we came to her the first time as first time buyers she was very patient and explained things so well. Everyone I've spoken with at A Mortgage Boutique has been wonderful. I am so thankful to have a place we trust to go to for all of our mortgage loan needs!

  Jeannine is the best mortgage broker around! She has helped us on three transactions over the years, and you couldn’t ask for anyone better. Your best interest is at the center of Jeannine’s decision making process, and you can tell. She wants you to fully understand your options and helps guide you to the best product for your situation.   This last home loan in March 2020 was our second transaction with our good friend Jeanine Dalton. The first one was in 2008. We love the friendly, professional customer service. She's up front about loan costs and the small print. Highly recommended !!

  Awesome experience!! Jeanine Dalton and her team were absolutely the best people that I have ever worked with while buying a home. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They will help you get over any obstacles that may come along. We live in Portland and did not have to go to Murfreesboro at all. Everything was handled digitally and through our local title company. No matter where you live, they can help you!! As for the negative reviews on here, they didn't sell your loan because of anything you did, that's what they & other mortgage companies do. It doesnt change your loan at all!! That is not a valid reason to give them 1 star. As far as the the guy recommending Guarantee Trust instead, you probably work for Guarantee and did not even get a loan through a Mortgage Boutique!! I believe it's a fake review. There is no way that anyone would have a problem with anyone at A Mortgage Boutique. Everyone there is great!! The owners Retta and Nancy are the best and you can tell it trickles down on the employees!!
