  I had a great experience with neighborhood loans. I was back and forth between them and another lender when it came to refinancing our home. Johnny Shabani was very patient and broke everything down for me. A friend recommended him to me and I’m glad we chose this company. The whole process was super simple and surprisingly fast.

  Jorge Flores and his team are amazing! I was hesitant in starting the home buying process but this team made me feel comfortable and explained everything along the way. They were available for the many questions I had and always responded quickly. I was also not expecting such a smooth process and it definitely was! I would highly recommend Jorge for home buying and mortgage refinancing. His team is wonderful! Thank you guys!

  Loan Officer Greg was the best from the beginning to the end of my mortgage loan process. He was attentive, detailed oriented and always returned my calls in timely manner.   If I could give them more stars, I would! From the start we were greeted by Saul Pinela very kindly. He answered every single one of my annoying anxiety driven questions that any first time homebuyer probably has. He made us feel very comfortable and made everything easy peasy, so much so that my husband and I thought it couldn’t be that simple to get a pre- approval. Well here we are about a month and a half later(including our 2 week vacation) with our new home. Norma Camargo also worked with us and let me say that these two are great! They would call us back with answers right away, responded after hours, and honestly went above and beyond. I would highly recommend neighborhood loans and especially Saul and Norma. Thank you guys again, you guys have made our dream finally a reality and made it so easy that I couldn’t tell any other new homebuyer that purchasing a house is stressful because they honestly made it so non stressful.   This is for DACA recipients, if you are trying to get a loan try not to come to this place, I started the process of getting a loan on April of 2019 and every single meeting I had with Jorge Flores, he kept making condescending remarks as to why it would be much harder for me to receive a loan due to my immigration status *DACA recipient* versus a U.S citizen. This is very frustrating especially since he advertises via a Latino radio station. My credit score was great, I’ve been at the same company for many years. I would text Jorge to ask for updates and he would never get back to me which is very unprofessional. I visited another loan office Guaranteed Financial & was approved right away & received my loan through thanks to them!

  Im not gonna lie when i was in the process of buying my first home i wanted to go to a reputable bank. soon did I realize the the gentleman of Neighborhood loans called me and was able to cut my rate in half. The same rate that My personal bank told me was the best they could do. Its funny how things work out but i was extremely grateful that they did. George and Saul went above and beyond to get the the financing i needed for my new home and in the process they saved me over $400 on my mortgage payment with 0 closing cost.
