charde b1Please be careful using PNC bank. I was a victim of Identity theft and instead of allowing me to see transactions on this account, they wouldn't give me any information even though the account was opened in my name. I never thought I would see the day that culprits and thieves are protected over law abiding citizens. Tread lightly people.

April Fox Western- N'guessan1I can understand about security and safety of the customers. I changed my signature because of my finger cut. The Teller Maria K. was offense like she didn't want to give me my money. First I produced a state ID, I notice it was taken so long and I had forgotten about my old address, so I produced my Drivers license with the correct address. So that still wasn't good enough. Maria K. called the supervisor or manager over there's another one she said. The Supervisor said, is this the way you sign your license. Yes I replied. The bank can deny your transaction. I said cool. Ive been at all kinds of banks for over 30 years, I feel I was discriminated it's cool. I will never return. No stars I wish I could give.

Amy Decelles5I like this branch. The customer service is very good. (except for the one girl who gave me attitude when I came in for quarters), The bank is walking distance from the Pulaski Orange Line Station. I like that they're open on Sundays.

Brenda Rivera5I’ve been with PNC for over 6 years. I live close to this branch so, I always come here. Someone always greets me when I come in, lines move pretty fast and the tellers are friendly.

Violet Red5have been with other banks before, but have stuck with PNC since they were Midamerica, everyone is always super nice and really takes their time to answer my questions. I am always very pleased with the service and even have had fees waived with no problems.
