  Since becoming a BOA business card holder, I’ve had issues with all BOA banks in my area, except this one. Bank tellers are very professional, efficient and friendly. A well ordered customer service is always appreciated. Thank you

  never have a problem ,but im not the person that go inside bank only atm !i wish they could give you a atm card faster if you lose it

  Very rude I guess because I’m not Hispanic. When I walked in two ladies where talk and ignored my presence then began to speak in Spanish . So interrupted and that’s how my question was answered .

  Verry poor customer service. Slow slow slow!!!!been waiting for 45 minutes for someone to get bank statements. Bankers are eating and not tending to customers..iam going to chase.

  For the most part, employees here don't seem to understand what good business means; particularly when it seems like no one working here can help you! Around 99% of the time I've come in here (no more than 10 times), there are roadblocks to even simple transactions. I would recommend this branch ONLY if there were no others available or open in the area.

  Verry poor customer service. Slow slow .. they close my accounts because they couldn’t verify so when I went to pick up my money from the account they said They couldn’t give it to me... that I had to wait for check in the mail ..... there’s a pandemic going on and this people decide to take the last of our money ... and make us wait till they ready to send it to us ... wonder if my bills would wait too

  The inside gets a 1 star! They are too slow! There are never enough tellers and there's always bankers and managers standing aaround doing nothing. They got 3 stars because I do most of my banking at the drive thru teller machine! They need more teller assist ATMs to help with the lines inside the bank.

  Every time I come to this location to see a banker, there’s ALWAYS AT LEAST a 45 minute wait! Not enough tellers or bankers available! They need to hire more workers!

  I have been banking with Bank of America since it was la salle bank it's been going bad bad, worse to worse, if you need help you used to wait for more than an hour. Now you have to make an apoiment. I lost my debit card at the supermarket. Came to reported and get a temporary one. Guest what I need to make an appointment to report my debit card lost whaaat the next appoiment is until tomorrow !!!!!!!!!! I told him make the apoiment to close my account with no worries the manager goes ok.. So I have my appoiment to report my debit card and to close my account tomorrow??? It's just wonderful!!!!!!!!
