  This is the only Neighborhood Credit Union branch I have ever worked with. Always professional, courteous and completes transactions rather quickly. Very friendly and I would recommend to anyone.

  Update: they blame the application process and not their lack of proper communication and incompetent employees whom I had discussed everything. 1st review: Horrible experience with them, they approved a credit line for me assured me everything was up and running only to ask for docs that I had previously mentioned I don’t have because my business new. Super unprofessional, wasted my time, different people saying different things.

  Always have a great experience at this branch. Tried calling customer service & things got a little confusing. Ian helped us out at this branch & made everything simple & quick! Grateful for the service we received!

  I recently lost my debit card I needed to get a new one. Kim, the teller, was very helpful and I received a new card in a matter of minutes. Then she directed me to Dario who kindly set up a high yield savings account and helped me understand how to use my banking app better. Thanks to both of them

  Marco is the best loan officer I’ve ever dealt with. He is professional and quick. I’ve never had a refinance happen so quickly and smoothly. His customer service is superb and he made sure I understood everything and helped me get the best terms and payment that worked for me. I truly appreciate all that he’s done and definitely plan to be a long time customer just based on him as an employee alone. Thanks so much Marco!

  I love this bank, I've been banking here for years and have never had a serious issue. Any small issue I've had has ALWAYS been resolved and everyone I have ever dealt with or talked to has been pleasant and highly knowledgable! Definitely would recommend for your banking and loans!

  I had really smooth experiences here. I'm a share branch member, but few times I've needed to I've gotten excellent service. Dario helped me last time, and I'm happy to say they took care of my needs speedily.
