  I have been a member for about 23 years and I am completely satisfied with the service that I have received over the years. Their customer service is impeccable and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Stephanie Rivera is my go to person whenever I need assistance with my accounts.   Allied Federal Credit union is the best , worked with banks in the past they are horrible. been with four different credit unions . all good experiences. but working with ANN BASSETT, at the Allied Federal Credit Union. was great. we have had several loans with them and always a pressure to deal with, thanks Ann.

  I've banked at AFCU for about 25 years because they are so friendly, helpful and they really get to know their members. Employees are long-term and go out of their way to help you. Shoutout to Stephanie for always being so helpful and awesome!

  Stephanie Rivera is phenomenal!! She always goes above and beyond to assist me, and always has a smile doing it. She has helped me buy my first car!! With all of the banking options in the market I prefer to keep coming back to Stephanie and AFCU; I have 3 other banks but all my important transactions flow through AFCU.

  We recently had one our cards compromised with someone spending funds from our account. We had the pleasure of working with Stephanie Rivera with AFCU, who took care of us on her day off on a weekend, making sure the card was canceled and securing our account for us.   I have been an almost 30 year member of the AFCU and wouldn't go to a commercial bank for any of my financial needs. Ann, in the Loan Department, is not only a loan officer but a friend after such a long relationship! I really feel they look out for me and take good care of all my financial needs. And on top of that, now I receive my direct deposit on Wednesdays instead of Friday pay day. AFCU, you continue to impress!

  I want to say thank you Stephanie for all your help today. Stephanie was patient with me and took the time to figured out why I was getting charged a fee. When my address on file is correct. If you need help ask for Stephanie she will try to help if she can and she very understanding.
