  Some of the things NFCU do remind me of Wells Fargo and Bank of America and both of those institutions have had to settle suits for being deceptive. The service from above the local branch was very poor. They made me feel less than a customer and more like a probationary employee.

  I have been banking with them for a few years now been to multiple locations and been meet with the same friendly faces at every location. When you call the toll number they are their for you 24/7 even the app is great. I would like to Thank them and tell them keep up the good work.

  My is 1st Convenience Bank, and my wife’s is NFCU. There are actually a lot of things NFCU offers that my bank does not. Their mobile app is so much better, their queues are bearable, and their customer service is topnotch. All in all, this is the bank to be. If you have a family member who is a navy, marine, etc.

  terrible bank. looking for new bank. lures you in with teaser rates and will not deliver. always finding excuses to charge fees and holds paycheck money for 2 "business" days for "clears" Checked with company bank and they release finds within hours of my e-deposit. NFCU uses that excuse to scam people for 2 days for interest free usage of the $. SCAM alert!!!!! this bank is none one's interests at heart!! only their own... Months later still no change in anything. I am a former marine. Single father of 2 and this place tried to rip me off on an auto loan. They always seem to find ways to manipulate the accounts so there is at least 1-2 charge backs a month even though there is money there. This place is full of theft and scams. Switching to PenFed. Much better bank!!!

  I love NavyFed, however this particular branch is very slow. Any slower we'll be going in reverse.

  They do not have enough staff to take care of customers. I had to wait 35 minutes to see someone. It would have been easier to fax documents to the 800 number than to wait. Staff is friendly.

  Slowest drive thru I've ever seen at a bank. They only have one person working 2 lanes. Too busy for its size. Not conveniently located near me. I will be leaving this bank soon.

  Very impressed with the customer service at this location. The receptionist was incredibly nice and legitimately cared about providing the best service to us, not just going through the motions. In and out in 10 minutes for a lost card

  My experience in this bank has been tremendous, great customer service and friendly staff. On one occasion, one of the staff stayed overtime to help me with my transaction.

  Great bank! Would have 5 stars if they had more branch locations. Just 2 in Tarrant county. Just not enough.
