  Neal was incredibly amazing. We decided to switch lenders after an accepted offer after our original lender disclosed their astronomical costs. It was scary making the switch but we had a good referral. Neal offered more honest service and better rates. It was clear since day one that Neal was working in our benefit. He went above and beyond and communicated every step of the way. In the end everything worked out so well our out of pocket costs are next to nothing. It's surreal how amazing it worked out for us.   Neal was very open and upfront about what my husband and I could expect when buying a house. He ran our numbers after asking what we could realistically afford and never pushed us to consider anything past what we were comfortable with. We really appreciated his honesty and were very happy with the whole buying process once we decided to move toward our first home purchase.   We have used Neal on all our home loans. The most important things I look for is knowledge, integrity and honesty, Neal covers all the bases.   First off Neal is a very nice gentleman. Spent the necessary time with us, didn’t rush us at all. Answered all of our questions and showed us different scenarios to meet our needs and to make me feel comfortable with our payment. Neal would email and text us with updates and always returned our phone calls. Overall a GREAT experience and would highly recommend.

  Neal Kinder is Awesome! He was referred to us by a few different people. He had been dealing with us for a few years now as we were trying to get the owner of our rental home to sell to us, but to no avail.
