With the attention to detail and great customer service we were able to close earlier than expected, and now have the keys to our first home!   The very best! Very nice people, extremely ethical, patient, and the team lead me through the process the whole way. I am a first time homebuyer, so I had a ton of questions! Jackie was particularly patient with me, and has superior customer service skills! Chris came to my rescue at the last minute when there was an issue with the appraiser. I seriously cannot say enough nice things about the team at Commerce. Do yourself a huge favor and give them a call!

  My husband and I were first time homebuyers. We met with Chris Lamm and walked out of that meeting with so much information on the home buying process. Him and his team kept in contact with us on a weekly basis and always kept us up to date on everything that went one, we were never left wondering about anything. And the best part was from the time we made an offer to the time we had our keys in hand was 21 DAYS!!!!!!! The process was so smooth and SO FAST!

  Working with Commerce Home Mortgage has been really good! We had a very tricky and special situation with our home and they worked with us and did everything they could to help us get into our home. There were a few miscommunications, but they were resolved quickly. When the rates were dropping, he actually called me to see if we wanted to lock in. We got a great rate and are very happy!

  Chris, Amanda, and the team where right there with me every step of the way. Amanda eases my fears of purchasing my first home and found the perfect loan program for me. There was constant and effective communication during every stage of this process. I’m very grateful and felt like I was handled with care. Commerce also gave us a gift certificate for a pizza so that we didn’t have to cook for the first night in our home!
