  Team Roadrunner went above and beyond for us, at every road block this team worked tirelessly to find solutions to get us into our new home. They shouldered every challenge with us.   We started the purchase process with a preapproval from a large bank. As things progressed it was like pulling teeth to get a returned call, email or text regarding the status of our loan. Finally, our realtor recommended David and Summit Funding as a means of getting things concluded by our intended closing date. The best advice ever! Not only were David and his staff able to get us to close on time, but they were communicative throughout the entire process. We knew exactly what we needed to do in advance, so there were no surprises. I will not hesitate to recommend David and Summit Funding to friends and family!

  David helped me through the purchase of my first home a couple years ago and that process was surprisingly easy and stress free!
