  I contemplated on doing a refinance for a while but after speaking to Sara and having her share some knowledge with me, we decided to pull the trigger and go forward. Let me tell you, it was the best decision ever. I was able to remove my PMI, pay off all my credit card debt, remove my car payment, and I still have the same mortgage payment.   Have you ever wished that you had an executive assistant who could do all the heavy lifting, find the best mortgage, worry about all the details, and make a very extensive process feel easy? Sara repeatedly went out of her way several times throughout the process to connect me with the right people and the best mortgage. I can’t say enough good things about her! Local lenders are far better than heading to a bank or large company where they treat you like a number. It took us over a year to find the right home and she was there every step of the way. She didn’t tire after I asked her a million questions, asked to run the numbers one more time and she was always there to put in yet another pre-approval letter in on a house and She worked so well with my realtor! I would recommend to anyone and everyone asking! You will be hard pressed to find anyone better.
