      Awful service! I got on drive-through lane at 4:35 pm and when my turn came it was 5:05. I was turned away by a rude representative. She told me they close at 5. I told her that I was present at the drive-through lane at 4:35pm, but she kept on saying they close at 5. They should service everyone that are present at the drive-through before 5 PM and close the lanes at 5. This is extremely poor service!

      I LOVE NAVY FEDERAL. this branch specifically is AMAZING. the staff is awesome and always friendly. my car was broken into and I lost my ID along with everything else and they went above and beyond to help me get all my accounts switched and secured. They even printed me a new card the same day ! AMAZING !!!

      Good day. I am very disappointed with the business services department of Navy Federal Phone Support. The verification and review process for starting a business account lacks standards for exception to policy (subject to circumstances) and it lacks consistency between Navy Federal Representatives (hand off of customer information). I have experienced over the last 72 hours inconsistent standards being expressed to me, poor quality of service as it pertains to resolution, and lastly integrity violation amongst Navy Federal Representatives. This review will not reach the appropriate audience and decision maker yet eventually, this light will be shed on those employees that misrepresent the organization.

      I don't understand why it takes forever to get things accomplished here. I'm currently in line for the drive thru, I've been here since 1113 and it is now 1157. I think around the 1st and 15th they need more staff. I mean this area is mostly military and government personal does it make sense to close the inside of the branch, on the two busiest times of the month, and then the personal working the drive thru a moving at a pace of a snail. Ridiculous. 1206 still in line.

      My husband and I walked in about 30 minutes before closing to handle some concerns and the staff was very friendly and patient with us. They made sure we were taken care of without any rushing on their end. I love banking with them and their customer service is great compared to many places we've been. Would recommend to our military friends and family.

      Not a member but someone who is a member is committing fraud and this specific branch is absolutely no help and the corporate security office is a joke. If you are a scammer this is the bank for you.

      The customer service that the employees showed was exceptional and by far the best I’ve seen within Navy Federal organizations. Brooke took her time and help me resolve everything I needed and even got me a lower rate for my car payment, and explained the importance to set up a ROTH IRA!!! Great location and employees!!!
