  Do not buy sell or do any business with these people, they lie and have terrible customer service, you have been warned! This post says and has nothing to do with any pawned items, its the way they talk and treat people. For example: My GF originally made this post, found out when I got back in town. The older employee lady in Mega Pawn actually yelled at me today (12/29/2017) to take this post down, instead of talking to me like a person. So I stand by the original post! Dont shop there! The way they talk to you is unbelievable! just rude.

  Hello Floyd Sanders I'm sorry you feel that way but failure to make your payment as described on your pawn ticket can result in the loss of your pawned item. The pawnbroker ( MEGA PAWN ) can sell or keep your item if you have not made the payment by the specified maturity date. The length of the pawn transaction is 30 DAYS. Note that we do give you an additional 10 DAYS along with your 30 DAYS which gives you 40 DAYS to either make a payment or pick up your item. We also let you make your payment over the phone. Mr. Sanders on (12-29-2017) you came back in our place of business and wanted to get another loan with us after you bashed us on Google Review, Now how does that look on your end?. When my empolyee came to you and told you that she would help you if you would please go back on Google and edit your review, you kept arguing with her that it wasn't you or anybody you knew who wrote the review. As she was asking you to edit your review, you got a lot louder with her and one of our customers (which was a off duty police officer) told you that she was not getting loud with you. One thing I don't understand is this, How can you put a bad review on Google about our business 4 months ago and then come right back to our business and ask for our help? That doesn't seem right at all. We at Mega Pawn hope you have a blessed day!!!!!

  If there was a negative star they wouldn't get it, maybe negative 5 stars would be more like it. Their prices are WELL over what you could buy the product brand new WITH warranties!!! For instance, I priced some 12 inch subwoofers with the enclosure at the local audio dealer for 249.00 including installation and a 1 year warranty! Same EXACT speakers with the enclosure at mega pawn for 499.00 that is literally highway robbery smh! They must be crazy or delusional if they think a customer would buy something nearly double what you could buy it for WITH warranty AND installation. Trust me, that's not the only item in their "store" that is priced double what it cost brand new!! I honestly don't know how they manage to stay in business. Well, they won't get mine to say the LEAST!

As you walk into the building my employees tell you not to pay attention to the prices that are on the sticker because our system finds the price and prices it, If you would've talked to one of our employees i'm pretty sure they would've gave you a great deal or worked with you.   Called to get information on a product & asked for the price of this item over the phone and was told I had to come into the store to find out the price. 100% will never be visiting this store. Bad 1st impression for Customer Service. Will be shopping elsewhere.

We tell this to everyone over the phone.We try to find you an item within the price range on what you are trying to spend. We have items in our store marked at $199.99 and we may take $50 for it. Its all in what your trying to spend and we get you the item that you want at that price you want to spend.

  After buying multiple things from this establishment, I’ve came to realize they will sell anything in bad condition. I bought an air hose from here a few weeks ago and got it home and find out it’s leaking air because the adapter was broke off into the hose which makes it useless. I also bought a rifle from them a couple weeks ago, when I went to shoot the rifle I found out that the barrel on it was loose which ruined the rifle. I called to ask about what they could do, I was told to bring it in for them to look at. When I got there he looked at the gun for 2 seconds and told me to call Remington there was nothing they could do about it and wouldn’t refund me my money for a useless rifle, I suggest that you don’t buy any firearms from this place and go elsewhere where someone takes care of there stuff. I will never do business here again and will refer everyone I know to different places.

  COREY SCHRADER, First of all we replaced your air hose with another one & you was satisfied. Second, the weapon had a loose barrel, you were told that you could send it to remmenigton and they would fix it for you for free for you. We tried everything possible to make you happy.

  Great Customer Service. Low prices and all items are negotiable. I paid a really low price for my kids game console and saved over purchasing a new game console.

  WARNING and BEWARE: DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE SHADY PEOPLE. Just read some of the reviews and you will see a pattern with this dump. They're nothing but leeches and will lie to you in order to cover their own behinds and make a dollar. I've never experienced such horrible business. I promise I, nor anyone will never spend another red cent with those kind of people. I will definitely be reporting them to the BBB (Better Business Bureau). Unethical business practices who lean on loop holes to make a buck.
