Jack Hayden5I have banked here for just a few years now but they have always been able to handle any issues I might have with my account... I recently had some charges being chaged from a business that I do not have an account with and they handled it the same day I reported it... They returned the money charged to my account the same day!! That was very surprising but also a relief.

Daniel Vieira1So unprofessional. The ATM was not working so I had to go through the drive thru. The attendant was rude. There was no one behind me but she told me I had to drive all the way around to fill out a withdrawal form. There needs to be a class given to these workers so they know how to respect the investors in this credit union. Behavior like this will ultimately be the demise of it is allowed to continue.

Shelby Herring2Associates seem disinterested and dismissive of member concerns about rates, fees, and limited variety of accounts available to members, but primarily fees. Tellers are fairly considerate and mostly kind, though I haven't changed out for $1 dollar coins yet, so I dunno. Alright place to utilize if you are a penny-pinching, thrifty, or money saavy person/couple, but if you are paycheck to paycheck person with a case of bad timing/luck, go elsewhere, they don't want you, and let you know it... Still upset over certain transactions fees for accounts, as though this CU operates like a bank. Could improve, seems to not want to. Statesboro branch is where it's at though. Those are some good people.

Joanne Moreno1The absolute worse bank/credit union ever. I don't know what the point is to have an after hours call center when they can't do anything except pretty much cancel card. Pointless for after hours and weekends and its aggravating to have to have to wait over the weekend to deal with my money. The app is also useless - one misspelled or incorrect use of lower or uppercase automatically locks the account. We moved overseas and we want to transfer banks and a wire transfer is the only way possible BUT they make this process so long and complicated. Everything you have to pretty much go to the branch to do -but in my case, that is absolutely impossible and they have no way to help or find another option.

Ternee Moye1Horrible customer service at this location. Hubby applied online and never got a reply back. Applied a second time, and emailed customer service multiple times and even called to speak with someone but never got a call back, and in the mail about 2 weeks later, received a decline letter, but not once did they call to request information verification, or respond to emails, and no reason even selected on the decline letter. and to top it all off, h has an active checking and savings account with them and had a previous loan. WTH? not sure who's working in the loan dept there, but they need to find better people and at least have the decency to respond back to a MEMBER of the credit union.

Rickie McGregory1This is by far one of the worst credit unions the anyone could ever have. Example, my Debit Card expired on 6 /2017. Would you believe that these people didn't mail out my replacment card until 07/03/2017. All the bills that I have Linked to that card were not paid on time and now I have late fees up the a$$. There are no benefits to having membership to this credit Union. If their Are any benefits I have yet to experience any. I have a credit score of 703, and I have been turned down for a credit card, an auto loan and a personal loan. Where's the love MAN?

My experience with them was fantastic, I opened a checking and savings account and have my vehicle now financed with them, Later I purchased a boat with no problems.
