  I had a very pleasant experience here. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I met with Cynthia and she assisted me. She was so kind and informative. Cynthia made me feel like a valued client and not just another bank transaction. She guided me through my application process and made sure I had all the information I needed after I was finished. Even in the midst of Covid with social distancing restraints Cynthia was very warm and kind. I appreciate her being so personable and I had a wonderful experience. I will definitely recommend visiting this branch. I will be returning.

  I like NFCU. No issues with the local credit union. However, it would be extremely helpful if NFCU listed the actual local phone number of the branches. Calling the main 888 number and then going thru that very annoying and blood-pressure raising phone tree is enough to make one consider an alternate bank. I want to talk with local people about local issues, not someone far away.

  Terrible customer service, slow and incompetent staff. Little to no assistance when opening business account. The woman had no clue what she was doing. I walked out. AWFUL!

  Ask for a notary. The lady looks around. No one in line. Someone is their office and she says they are all busy. This location is really going down the tubes.
