      Multiple problems on multiple occasions. I was forced to use this branch after a long time Bowie MD location was shuttered. I've experienced long waits to see a customer service rep (pre-pandemic), lack of attention to detail in completing forms, providing incorrect/incomplete information or explanations. Now with all the back office changes to my accounts, I'm looking to change banks after 30+ years.

      Pretty much only one left in Bowie area and they occasionally only have drive thru open- horrible lines and service

      bad service in this location, I asked for help to open bank account for wife, she said do by yourself online she can't help, if I knew how to do it , I didn't go to ask for help .
