  It is very convenient to where I live, but the drive through lines are terrible. You can not access the drive through ATM if there are lines at the drive through teller. Also, the inside is always crowded with people just standing around. IT IS TOO SMALL FOR THE AMOUNT OF CUSTOMERS RECEIVING SERVICE.

  The drive through teller closed withou saying BYE OR CLOSED while at the window. THE ATW drive through lines are ALWAYS SUPER LONG. The outside walk up ATM IS DISGUSTING with long lines ALL THE TIME. THIS HAS TO BE A BETTER WAY TO PUT MONEY IN AND GET MONEY OUT. I’ve been here for 45 mins. NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME TO THIS BRANCH

  Customer service is great. They have knowledgeable, professional staff and advisors. Has drive through ATMs which is convenient, but sometimes the ATMs don't let you deposit money after-hours, which is a hassle.

  I use to love navy federal but now days they are really messing up. They take money out of your account and move money around in your accounts for NO REASON and when I call to complain they blame it on “the system”. Well they need to fix their system not to mess with people money with no notification or reason. Ready to find another institution ASAP

  Most navy federal locations take too long. I have to wait too long for atm services. And then usually only one atm is working at full capacity. It’s ridiculous! I hate this credit union.

  I love NFCU but this branch is the WORSE navy federal I have ever been too. It is unorganized and just unprofessional over all. Unless you have hours to waste on simple task please run to the next Navy Federal.

  NFCU is an awesome branch but the Mortgage & Auto loan rates went down & for the main reason is because most people who are with NFCU never was in the Military. People who has access number can get anybody in & they see that, so now people are not getting the good rates that they once was. Also Capitol Heights NFCU is long 24/7, you can go at 4am in the morning & it's still a long line outside smh. Then you have dirty boys in line smelling like weed & PCP but overall NFCU is the best

  Something about the at branch just isn’t right. Very ghetto vibe I received. I’ll go back to the one in Virginia

  The lines and wait times at this credit union is ridiculous! The branch needs to expand or perhaps more tellers are desired. I guess they are trying but its really bad.
