      Today I go to ask change for Nickel and Dame He told no change not today only most time the do not have change bad customer service I am a regular customer of Bank of America . For some the give for some no .

      I just dont understand why it seems this bank never has enough employees working, this was a pre-covid issue too. This bank is very very busy and never seems to have adequate staff. Theres always security but only 1 teller. With all of the bad reviews and promises of management to look into it, there needs to be new management from the top down, hiring of new employees etc. The employees here a great, they just need more of them.

      No wonder why this place got 1 star! I needed a notary public and the lady who is an assistant manager said that I have to make an appointment to come back while she did nothing just sitting in front of a computer . So I went to UPS store and the gentleman there helped me out in less than 5 minutes. I think if I was about to open an account or a credit card, she would have eager to help me out....PS. I’m a Bank of America customer for nearly 15 years, this is worst location ever don’t waste your time going there.

      Only reason for 1 star is because I can’t give zero on here... on a Saturday they have the line almost coming out of the door and ONLY 1 TELLER!!!! Bank of America you need to do better. I feel so bad for the teller because it is not her fault, branch manager should fix this issue.

      Bank of America is the worse. They refused my business deposit because I had 7 deposits and wanted me to do a night drop. I told them no my job require that I make a deposit inside the bank. The manager said it was in my contract. What contract. I’m not Ceo. So how I’m I suppose to know about a contract. The managers name is Carla Walker MD9-935-01-01. The worse customer service ever. To make it worse. It is 100 degrees outside and they are making you stand next to the door outside. Instead of giving you option. At least say let me take your name and number we will put you in line and when you come up we will call you to process your transaction. Bank of America is going to wait until someone fall out from a heat stroke and die. Navy federal credit union take your name and number and call you when they are ready for you.

      This branch is never properly staffed! I operate a business in the DC area, with locations in PG and Anne Arundel counties. Of all the banks, this one has the longest wait time. When you compensate employees by the hour, it's never good to have them out of the office for hours per week for basic banking transactions. I've got to find a more efficient bank. Employees are nice, but display no sense of urgency. Ugh!!

      The worst, slowest and dead employees working here.. They have no interest if there's 20 people in line waiting to be serviced.. I had to leave the place while I waited for about 25minutes in line & the other guy who was in front of me he left right before I was ready to leave. This place really needs higher ends attention..!!

      This is the slowest BANK EVER. If you plan on waiting in line, don’t! You’ll be here for at least 30mins to even move up in line. I recommend not wasting your time.

      I was just told that the tellers went to lunch. It's 10:45am. They started, at the earliest, 8am. There are 10 people in line and one teller.
