      If you have a lot of time to waste...this is the location to go to. I had 1 bad experience, I was waiting a long time inside to see Customer Service because the man was asking the attendant a million questions. And now today, I had a horrible experience in the drive- thru. I was 1st in line. She was the only one working & it wasn't real busy inside...I saw 2 people waiting but she needed to wait on both lines not just customers inside. And 12 minutes later some else came to start working on my transaction. She didn't even ask how I wanted my money back. I told her I wanted it back a certain way. And she responds, " I didn't know you were putting in a special request." Really. She had to redo the money she was going to send me. The might as well close this location since customer service isn't a priority! Zero stars wasn't an option.

      I walked into this location, tried to speak with front desk employee (H*****s) , she acted as she is busy. I asked for a letter including the the current balance. Without a proper eye contact She said letter cannot be issued, and then she asked me to go to the teller. As I got into the queue, she walked inside and spoke to the teller not to issue the letter. When I reached the teller he told me “cannot issue a letter”.

      Worse bank ever, bad customer service. It's exactly 0914 and the drive thru it still close. I will come back during the week and close my account with them.

      The staff at this bank have been incredibly rude on multiple occasions. Tellers do not even look up from their computers to welcome you to their desk. I need to make a simple wire transfer which the branch manager (?) Darlene, made the process painstakingly long and difficult. She was suspicious of the transaction in which I had to call the business (the recipient) and put them on speaker. Which I should not have done to protect their privacy of their business and as well as maintain the privacy of my transaction. I was asked all of these questions and screened as if I was making a transaction with the Department of Treasury. I will be making a formal complaint.

      On October 13, I went to this location due to my account being locked to the security shouting my account down for fraudulent looking activity. I was instructed prior to going to this branch that I would need to go into a local branch to identify myself I person. My card was reported by myself lost or stolen due to losing my wallet. I called this branch to ask specifically what I needed to bring I did obtain that information only to get to the branch, to speak to some rude lady who had appeared to be just returning back from lunch at 3:45pm when this branch closes at 4pm. This individual was not my first contact but was the last one I spoke to at the teller station she was very ignorant with the response that she tried to feed me I’m sure this response and lack of was due to a late lunch and a full belly. If I don’t hear from someone in the next hour from this bank in reference to my complete I’ll be at this brunch accompanied by channel 7 with whom I’m employed with to shine light!

      Derrick and the other young man (teller) were very helpful in completing my transactions. It was not crowded even though it was the last hour before closing.

      This is the slowest bank I've ever dealt with even to make a deposit at the window it takes at least 15 minutes. Unbelievable

      This is by far the worst M&T bank. Whomever is the branch manager should be terminated EXPEDITIOUSLY haha. No, but the customer service here is definitely bottom tier. I stopped by this branch 12/4/20 at 4pm to handle issues with my account, only to be turned away. The lobby hours are posted and reads 6pm closing. As I sat in my car writing this review a customer was let in. Needless to say I’ll be holding up the teller line to get my answers resolved. Sorry if I make anyone late.

      By far the most unprofessional M&T location ever. I told these idiots to cash a check and deposit it into my checking account so the money can be readily available. They processed it as a regular check and the money won't process til Tuesday December 27. I now have a negative balance in my account because these dummies couldn't listen and they'll probably charge me an overdraft fee in addition. To make matters worse I'll go to my girlfriends house empty handed. I'll never bank there again. They're slow, they don't listen and they have no regards for customers whatsoever. Save yourself time and a headache and bank somewhere else.

      I was trying make a withdrawal for a cashier check and they had to call everybody they could think of just to get clearance. I could not get the check out even after having all my documentation in order and the funds. Apparently they must know you as a regular customer or be dressed in suit and tie for them to take you seriously.
