  I only deal with this Nav. Fed.when I’m rollin’ through town. Then I go through the drive thru’s ATM. I haven’t had any negative experience with this Nav. Fed.

  Useless branch. Then can't ever help me get quarters. I just need a roll of quarters. That's all. The drive thru doesn't do it. Of course the ATM can't give a roll of quarters. The people who stand outside basically tell you to go to another branch. I understand you have been remodeling for 3 months. But come on. I just wish they would do something to help instead of just putting their hands in the air and saying I don't know sorry the place is closed or remodeled or. hopefully once this remodels done everything will be back to normal and then I can use this branch again and it can actually be functional to the community Right now it's a waste of space

  Don't buy a gift card from Navy Federal they charge the gift card balance $5 per month if the card isn't used within a year. This is a pure rip off as it does not cost that much to maintain the balance on the card until the expiration date on the card. This is in the small print on the card. However, on the website in the frequently asked questions it states that "The funds on your Gift Card expire on the date displayed on the front of the Card. You can make purchases using your Card until the expiration date or the full value of the Card is depleted." No mention is given that after a year of inactivity the card will be charged $5 per month until depleted. Very deceptive.

  I love banking with Naval Federal Credit Union. You can purchase gift cards with no service fee. Also refinanced my car with them at a lower rate.

  Navy Federal have many options and products. The representative were very knowledgeable and helpful. They have best interest in town.

  Greenbrier branch is the worse NFCU bank i ever went to...Twice in a row I went there and they couldnt give me what I need when i easily go somewhere else and get it...
