Luis Valenzuela1This location always gives me hard time. Today I went to deposit some checks into my business account. I totally understand about check hold due to amount of money. But what I don't understand is what the lady said it made so mad the way she said it. Basically just because I don't visit this particular location they don't know me and that's the reason why they put check on hold regarding of my relationship with the bank. I asked her so it doesn't matter that I am a member of the bank and have a business account with them. If I don't want to have trouble I only allow to visit one location? She Basically said yes because the manager at this will treat me differently just because I don't come here often. I think this is very unprofessional and very rude.

Ledre Cofield5Mrs Dantzler helped me get a lower interest rate on my auto loan, as pay off my credit card debt. She really went above and beyond to help me. I was also able to open a checking and savings account as well. All the associates were helpful and very kind.

audrey Strunk1I had a credit card with this bank. I paid the credit card off in 2017 and closed the card and my bank account with them. Here it is August 2021 and they send me a collectiom for 2200 from 2017. They refused to see my proof of payment payment and are continuing to send this bill to collections even though I have proof that I paid this account and closed it. Also this was from years ago and they now added to collections 4 years later!

Chad White2Two stars because the associate helping me on the phone was very polite and professional. No more, however, because I was unable to use the website to pay off my auto loan even though my external checking account has been debited every month for over 3 years. Now I have to go into the bank with a check in order to avoid additional interest accrual, which I really don’t have time to do today.

Connie Cain1I wish I could give it a higher rating. I extremely dislike staring my personal banking business with everyone in the lobby. I understand wanting to keep tellers safe but what about us as as customers? How is talking into a screen keeping our banking business safe? Very unsatisfied with the new setup. I will have to research other financial institutions, as this is not a safe and confidential solution.

Lee Davidson1Have had my account with Chartway since 1996, the last few years they have gone completely downhill. The customer service is not great, the location on Eden Way is slow and you do not see any employees! This is a complete lack of customer service- Hey, come bank with us but our staff doesn't want to greet you in person! The mobile site is always down and for the last year they have been telling me they were going to fix the account so we could use the mobile deposit and still haven't. Hate to switch after so many years but Navy Federal is looking better and better!

Valerie Hall1The associate that helped me was very not only less than friendly but rude! I must say however that Anthony the branch manager is very nice and helpful. However, he is not able to help everyone and all of the other employees that I have dealt with have been very rude. I guess they put the folks that do not have personal skills hidden and they do not do well when they have to have human interaction.

Ivy Irish1I waited longer than usual to be seen, only to be told by the person on the screen (seriously) that she couldn't take my payment and that I had to go wait in ANOTHER line to be helped, but that person said they had 4 people waiting already. They don't have a row of tellers like a normal bank, and I ended up just leaving to go to a different branch (with a normal setup) to make my payment.
