  EDITED TO ADD: Once again Michelle has helped us! She helped us refinance our second home, and has saved us thousands!!! Probably hundreds of thousands by the end of our loan! We are so impressed with her work! She’s. Is. The. Best. Michelle Phillips was our home lender for both our first home and now our second, and she is one of the most professional and helpful people I have ever dealt with in the professional world! When buying our first home, we were pretty clueless to the whole process. She was so helpful and informative through the wineries thing!   We had the pleasure of working with Colby Raymond to obtain a mortgage loan for our first home. She was great at explaining the different advantages or disadvantages of the types of loans we qualified for. More importantly, if not for her, we would have been essentially "scammed" out of $11k by our realtor who was trying to have us borrow money from family to bring to closing- not for the purpose of making the sale, but to increase her commission. She literally saved us 11 grand just by being attentive and good at her job.

  We had an amazing experience working with Michelle Phillips! She was a great communicator and would call during the times that we had availability even after her working hours.
