  What I appreciate most about Greenbrier is how courteous and they were to me. They were a few people in the store when I went in but they were so helpful to everyone from what I saw and did a good job of giving everyone the attention the needed without neglecting my own needs. They treat you with respect which can be nonexistent in some other places nowadays.

  Hi my first time coming for a loan and Nicole helped me get the amount I needed! She was very helpful and extremely polite and nice Thanks to my experience with her I will definitely do business with them again gatherings a loan or just to purchase something from the store which was no to mention extremely clean and a pleasant experience!!!

  Had a bracelet repaired which was done immediately while I waited. Staff very courteous & helpful, repair price very reasonable & estimate for repair of another jewelry piece was very good. Would return for shopping or repairs in future.

  Awesome staff, BEST SHOP IN HAMPTON ROADS. From jewelry they have very nice collections of diamonds, to electronics: brand new laptops, tablets, games, etc. Not only the staff offer amazing deals, pawn, sell or buy, but also they spent their time to help and understand customers needs.   Had many repairs to be done great help from amber. Thank you I can't wait to get them back... Update.... Just picked 10 repair items and OMG THEY LOOK AMAZING!!!!! They look as good as the day I bought them and the customer service here is just impeccable greeted with a smile every single time I love this place and HIGHLY recommend for repairs or purchase . we as the customer Really domatter here. so often a business is too busy to even smile these days but not here at greenbrier pawn!   Beautiful gold wedding setsare what I picture when I hear Greenbrier Pawn shop.After a strenuous search for the best and affordable wedding set, I got wind of Greenbrier Pawn shop. That was a heaven sent. Whah....... these people have wonderful wedding sets and they sell them at very good prices. If I had to buy from somewhere else,like a had seen in some other pawn shop,I could have paid some extra hundred dollars just to get that set.I'm happy that you became part of my wedding success and I will continue selling you to friends and family.Thanks a bunch.
