  This branch needs to teach their bankers better customer service. The banker that waited on us name was Tiffany. She wasn’t welcoming at all. Didn’t seem to want to be bothered or wanted to answer any questions we had. The experience wasn’t good at all however the front welcoming associate was very sweet.

  We are attempting to do a home loan through Navy Federal. They messed up paperwork, misinformed is on several things disclose early on, and did not order the appraisal in a timely manner. Our closing date was pushed back multiple time. They have recently misclassified the loan and are not responding to phone calls. We will not be using them again and I will like stop my banking with them after this. Update: we lost the property due to the inadequate performance of Navy Federal personal.

  I have come on multiple occasions. The employees at this location are very rude and unprofessional, completely unwilling to help in any way. They always seem upset that members have arrived at all. No one ever answers the phone and i never hear it ringing as if they have it set to voicemail only. Maybe some new employees are due

  Adress is tricky in Google maps, took me to a hospital. It's actually in a big shopping plaza area close to Jason's Deli and Target. Great experience at NFCU!

  Had to replace my card due to fraud charges and this location was quick and easy to get it done. Inside is clean and the staff I interacted with were very professional.

  Coming threw Navy federal, covid closed my account but these wonderful people reopened it and got me everything i needed to be better and get on my way. there precautions for covid 19 protection, have a clean and safe environment to do your banking.

  Absolutely the WORST experience on purchasing a home! We had a loan officer (Brady Roper) who was nearly impossible to get a hold of. Never treated us like a priority. We also got confirmation from the seller that our appraisal was cancelled by the underwriter and we were never notified first. I had to call our loan officer at navy federal and leave several phone calls, emails and voicemails until they finally called me back. I would never use them again.

  3 years ago:Best experience with NFCU today, so helpful and i am back with NFCU after many years. Update: nowadays the vibe at this branch is lacking professionalism or even enthusiasm, can have long slow moving lines and solutions not given unless you ask and the answers are lacking everything mentioned above. Its a shame .

  Extremely unprofessional an biased employees. Understaffed while they take their time and crack jokes with each other while the lobby is full with at least 14 people. Also sat in the lobby 45 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me after they directed me to wait there to be served next. Worse location I have been to and I would avoid this location if you are looking for time friendly transactions

  NFCU has always extremely courteous and helpful In every aspect. From my personal banking to my business account. Everyone has been polite and helpful from day one. They have all gone above and beyond to make certain my financial needs are met.
