      Entered the Lobby area after 1 pm business hours on a Saturday to use the ATM. I needed a decent variety of change and the staff had previously told me this specific ATM offers different notes. There was one patron ahead of me who was using the machine, and the staff inside definitely observed me waiting. Yet when it was my turn use the ATM the machine flashed "Be Back Soon" and a staff member loudly shouted it was unavailable from behind the ATM. I drove out of my way to get change here, and found this experience highly inconvenient and a big waste of my time.

      What a waste of time. I wanted to open a business account and visited the branch. After a lengthy wait because it's a ghost town in there, the teller told me I had to make an appointment online. After doing that and returning, along with another lengthy wait- and despite enough evidence who I was, along with my business, the teller refused to open it, over a hang up that she focused on that wasn't anything to do with what I was there for. How frustrating to waste my time, and jump through hoops. I hate it when someone WASTES MY TIME.

      My and wife and I Had a 9:15am appointment to open a business account, the service of the whole staff was the best I had ever had in a bank. Thank you!!!

      This branch. I called about cashing another banks check before I went up there, just got a surgery done so i needed the check cashed I was told it wouldn't be a problem at the branch. I get there and immediately am told I cant cash that check, I just called about, and deposit into the capital one account. they said they wont cash it so I said "i have the right mind to close this account" the branch manager as rude as she was said immediately they can help me with that.....instead of keeping a customer they want to shut my account....needless to say I called the corporate number and made a formal complaint. I hope her bank treats her the same way or just closes her account.

      This is the absolute worst bank to deal with. I had called in to book an appointment to open a business bank account. The lady on the phone told me that I would have to physically come in to the branch and bring my business legal paperwork, then they would schedule me another date to come back to open the account. I asked if it was possible just to email this paperwork ahead of time and schedule an appointment to open the account so that I would only have to come in once. They said absolutley not. They don't do this. So during a pandemic they would prefer to make you come in twice over something that is so simple. It's completely insane. Glad I had this experience dealing with their incompetence now before I had opened a business account with them. DO NOT USE THIS BANK!

      They have safe deposit boxes at this location but won't rent them. I tried to deposit my stimulus card balance to my savings account and was told the machine they need to do that is broken. She said to go to any other bank and they could take care of it (really?). I tried to call the branch when I got home but the local staff did not answer the phone so I was transferred to the call center where I was told the wait time would be more than 8 minutes. My guess is you can get better service pretty much anywhere else. By the way, they rank #49 on Consumer Reports Rating.

      Lobby empty maybe me and one other is present. I go to open a business checking account, lady proceeds to start looking over my paperwork and make copies then ask can I return tomorrow morning after I’ve been inside bank for 15 mins. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS 0! Denise was my Rep. She’s very rude

      Teller gave us wrong information about a deposit. We ask several times if a salary check would be place on hold since my son is been baking with them for over a year, and the teller told us the funds will be available the next day (Saturday). I even ask if we should go cash the check and deposit the cash, and she reassured us the funds will be available the next day. Well that did not happened. My son called customer service and a very rude person told him they did not do any transactions on Saturdays and the funds will not be available until Monday. Then she went on to add he should of deposit the check on Thursday instead of Friday. Guess what lady he gets paid on Fridays. We all have been banking with Capital one and so far never had a problem with them until we walked into this location. Terrible customer service, and they are making me rethink doing business with Capital one at all.

      Banked with Capital One for 10+ Years. Went in to have a wire transfer completed. Guess what? They won't do it. Only to mortgage or title companies. (No other bank does this). Made me question why I kept my money with them. Came to the conclusion that I shouldn't and closed my accounts.
