Dawn Puentes5I've only been in the branch a few times, but every time, each employee has been wonderful! I also have to say in general the customer service you receive from NFCU is AMAZING!!! Phone, email, chat, in person, it is ALWAYS great! It's like taking to a friend or someone that genuinely wants to help you instead of a customer service agent that really doesn't care what happens!. I'm so glad I switched to NFCU! I just wish we had a couple more branches in the area.

Queen T5I visited last week to submit a new member form. The young lady that greeted me at the front door was so nice! I also appreciate the signs for social distancing and for mask requirements because of covid. They also have hand sanitizing stations and the glass screens up. Looking forward to this new relationship with NFCU!

Crave Royal1CEASAR IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST! He provided me horrible customer service! His huge lack of empathy in what I was trying to get accomplished showed his absolute narcissistic personality. I understand guidelines and protocol but this gentleman’s lack of communication and complete disregard towards the customer was very disappointing!

charlisa smith1I reached out to customer service for assistance with my direct deposit account. The supervisor I was transferred to showed no humility or concern. I just don’t understand, worst customer service ever…there was nothing but silence and no response after I explained everything to her. But I guess it has to happen to them and their on the other side asking for help. Truly disappointed!

Play about numerous cars and houses utilizing them for loans and I've always had a great experience with this Credit Union. They have made, along with my help, my credit outstanding. This current location is very nice in the staff are friendly and helpful.

Ashley Boddie was so helpful, kind, and informative. She is the standard of what I would like to encounter every time I go inside a Navy Federal Credit Union branch. Brocksta Rama1After speaking with an online mortgage specialist they directed me to this Navy Federal so I could print out documents they needed signed and notarized. They specifically said the branch, any branch, would be able to accommodate printing, signing and notarizing the documents so I could mail them all in one trip. I took off work in the morning to do exactly this. Then when I arrived at the branch they said they could not help me until I printed out the documents myself even though I was already at the branch at the direction of their online specialists. This asininely unprofessional and inexcusable response made me feel unimportant and like I was bothering them while the bank had exactly ZERO customers. I didn't realize that we were living in the year 1800 so they needed to go run and carve documents out of wood then burn lettering onto them. I guess I was expecting to much from a modern 20th century establishment. Customer unservice it is.

None What1For a Saturday I would think they would have more people working. There's only 1 person on the counter and 9 people waiting. I been here 30 minutes and still 3 people in front of me And this a Navy Federal ....
