  Hate that this location doesn’t allow deposits at the atm. I wish they had more locations and accessibility.

  Trisha Wells, we apologize for any inconvenience. Our main office location at 16320 Kensington Drive, Sugar Land, TX, just 2 miles from the ATM on Matlage Way, has two deposit taking ATMs.

  I’ve been using Houston Federal Credit Union for all of my car loans and just recently had to open a new car loan account; with the dealership side it was extremely stressful going through the process of changing things over to my bank, however Craig our Lon Officer was amazing! He turned a very stressful situation into a comedy show. He was very flexible with us and helped move the process along nicely.

  I would highly recommend Houston Federal Credit Union Sugar Land branch. I did my car loan with Glenn Roden. He was extremely helpful and got all paperwork done remotely. The entire loan process was complete in few days and without a single hitch. I have been an account holder at HFCU for 15+ years and only have good things to say.

  Loan process was flawless, but trying to get an error corrected is like pulling teeth. Try to talk to anyone in the Loan Department you have to go through the Call Center. Can't talk to someone one on one over the phone. Update: Down graded to 1 star as they do not even know my contact phone number. If they looked up my loan they have my cell phone and work number.

  Changing their decision quickly. First they approved the loan. Later asked to go to a franchise dealership to buy a car. All these happened to my friend who wanted to buy a used car from a “non-franchis” dealer... Just a call from Main Office ( i guess ), trying to explain the reason. They told the title of the vehicle is salvage. However, we have the original title in hand - blue-clean title! Waiting for another call for a different reason for the trick 😎

  I am a member of another credit union which is located near downtown Houston. However, anytime I'm in need of a few more dollars than what the ATM provides, this branch is really convenient. The employees are always courteous, friendly, and willing to assist you.

  Very bad customer service, wasted time and effort as well as taking a hit on my credit when applying for an auto loan. Provided all inflation and denied without reasoning. Make sure you goto a REAL Bank like Chase, Bank of America or Wells Fargo. Cheers!

  I would highly recommond this HFCU Sugarland branch. I applied my auto loan with Sommika Khan. I am impressed by her professionalism and efficiency. This is amazing.
