  Martha Renteria Assistant Branch Manager has the best customer service hands down! She was polite, efficient, and patient. I would recommend anyone to contact her at the Sugar Land Location. The service was smooth and straightforward. She was very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. This was highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Very professional and what an fantastic organisation! Great customer service from beginning to end of the process. Thanks for going the extra mile at every stage. I totally recommend!!

  I was blessed enough to have met her, my financial service representative was Alma Azúa-Martinez! Long story short, I was having a nightmare with my accounts and couldn’t figure out what was all going on, but she got to the bottom of it and solved all my problems I had! I did, have to take my kids that day and everyone knows kids, do not like to be patient, but she was amazing! I felt more then welcome, and she made me feel completely at ease and we got to do, what we needed to, and I give her 5 Stars ⭐️ She did an outstanding job, not just doing Her job but, making me as a customer feel all my concerns mattered, first bank I ever went to and was ever treated with great kindness! Thank you again Alma! If anyone ever wants or needs help she’s your go to!

  We went in for a service that required us to meet with any of the officials of the credit union. We had to sit and wait for an hour at which point we knocked on the door of the manager to get somebody to tell us why nobody was attending to us. She then helped us. Earlier, after waiting for half-hour when we approached the credit union teller to get someone to help us, she simply said that we have to continue waiting until one of the officials became free, or come back later. It clearly showed that they are not considerate of the customer's time spent just waiting in their branch.

  I’ve been a member of BVSCU for over 28 years and have always had great service but nothing like I experienced yesterday!! Alma Azusa-Martinez assisted me with the difficult process of gathering documents to file for Medicaid on my father’s behalf. Her knowledge, experience and expertise has made the process so much easier! She will definitely be my new representative going forward with all of my banking needs!!

  I called today to figure out how to take care of my account needs. When I asked question about charges the associate lied to me. When I asked more questions because I didn’t understand, she began to get irritated with me and speak rudely. I explained that I wanted to shift the energy because of how she was speaking to me and I wasn't trying to have a negative interaction. She then put me on hold to double check her lie with someone else, I could hear the person in the background someone say "if you don't get it today, you'll never hear from her again!!' Brazos Valley do better. This is unacceptable and when I signed up with your credits union, I did not think that your staff would LIE TO CUSTOMERS when questioned that I would be getting insulted and spoken about in this manner when I called to get help. Do better.

  Hello, I am very thankful to the staff at the Sugar Land office. I have been a member since 2001. I moved back to Birmingham, AL in 2010. I kept my membership because of my relationship and the impeccable service. I want to thank Alma Azua-Martinez for assisting me with the purchase and financing of a new vehicle. She was very professional and timely. Her expertise and attention to assisting me made this process a joy! Thank you so much and continue the great work of serving your members!

  I have been a member of the Credit Union since 1991. I use the Sugar Land office & I have nothing but praises for Donna Thorson, Financial Service Representative. She is knowledgeable, professional & so helpful & I’m very thankful to have her help me. I hope the Credit Union appreciates her as much as I do.

  Yolanda closed 2 of my vehicle loans back to back and was SUPER fast and efficient despite me transposing my social on the loan ap online. She caught it and fixed it within minutes while I was at the dealer waiting to sign and pick up one of the new vehicles. I’m crazy impressed at her skills and customer service. HIGHLY recommend her! A+ service.

  I went into the Sugar Land location in regards to a new debit card due to an unrecognized purchase. I had already reached out to the company, and they refused to help me. Donna Thorson to the rescue!! She made the call with me and we got my money back! And it was in my bank account the next day! She went above and beyond just getting me a new debit card. She is a rock star!!! I really hope her manager sees this! Thank you, Donna!
