      Came to cash a payroll check that’s drafted through BOA and I gotta say…….. I thoroughly enjoyed my trip to a BANK of all places😂 the teller Pepper was so awesome. Made me laugh and really cheered up my gloomed morning. That woman deserves a raise and recognition for her outstanding customer service. I’m definitely opening an account with BOA if that’s the type of service that I’d see.

      This specific BOA location cannot be compared to any other! I can't say enough about this place, and their staff. This location stands out because the staff treats every individual with respect, kindness, and patience. Ignore the bad reviews you see below about the line... Every bank has long lines especially during busy hours. Neverthless, I would rather wait patiently in a long line and be treated with joy, kindness, and respect than anything else. Misty, Angelica, Yousef and all the other staff are just wonderful! They really do treat every individual as more than just a customer.

      Jeannette Villalta is an excellent small business consultant! I met with her to open an account and she was super helpful and informative. It was really easy. Entire process took about 30 mins from the moment I walked in the door. I previously considered switching to another bank (for investment account convenience) but I’m keeping my business at BoA after having such a great experience with Jeannette.

      Lazy people, horrible customer service, I was in an emergency to withdraw money, the atm would not let me take all the money I needed and was 1:11 pm Saturday. They said they could not do anything because their system was off already, but we're other customers inside still banking. Such lies and lazy.

      Bring back drive through banking. Lines for tellers inside take forever. Terrible service experience results.

      Several Bank of America‘s in the area and non compare to the customer service at this branch located at Highway six in Sugarland off first colony. Pepper, the manager is very helpful in every way she can help along with her tellers. They don’t just treat you like a member, they treat you like family.

      I visit there twice, I am a foreigner, Thyson is the man always helping me to solve my problems. Very very gentle and have patience to instruct me and solve my problems finally. Even over 4:30 pm, bank close at 4:00, still be patient, and hope my things can be done. I want to give him 10 stars not 5 stars. Too excellent, and once again thanks Thyson very much, and BOA.

      Pepper at this branch is obnoxious. Her nastiness even resonates through her face. I have been a Bank of America customer for years. I went to open a commercial account and she said the wait would be at least an hour and a half. She said why don’t you go to another bank when I asked why that long? They had only three people waiting in their lobby. It was her aggressive and condescending tone that got to me in front of other clients. Whoever that put her in charge of anything must give it a thorough review. This is an unhappy typical angry woman...

      I opened my account online, everything went great, enrolled in the mobile app, was sent over a debit card, and I set up my direct deposit to start using BofA. A week later (a day before my payday) my online account was locked, debit card was not activating through the automated voice system, so I called the 1800 number. I was told by a rep that I would have to present myself at a branch with two forms of ID to unlock my account. I tried to reach out to my local branch several times (this one) no one answered. I present myself at the branch with all paperwork needed and lady who attended me just got my ID told me she had to step out to speak to her supervisor and came back saying I had to call the 1800 WHEN I HAD JUST CALLED THE DAY OF AND NO ONE TOLD ME ANYTHING. She told me my account was closed and could not help me out here. Not referring any business to BofA and never opening an account again. Worst experience ever from a bank, just had me driving around for no reason which caused my paycheck to be returned and had to wait to be issued a new one thanks to this company.

      I came from chase bank here and realized how bad the organization of this branch is. Literally one cashier for a line that goes (almost) to the door. During times like COVID, they need to do better if the line is elongating get another person helping the cashier. I do not recommend this branch, as they do not seem neither organized nor efficient.
