  I have 3 accounts that I will be switching these people are the worst. My business debit and personal credit, debit card was stolen. They were more worried that my mask was on straight than actually helping me. They did not help report the card stolen, didn't help freeze the card, didn't try to help at all and then jokingly said, "Have a nice day" as I was leaving. I will not be doing business with Navy Federal

  I love Navy Federal credit union I have been with them for almost 30 years, However today I just came in to pick up a direct deposit slip for my employer, I was told there was no one available and that I would have to wait 15 to 20 minutes. They were very polite, very nice about it but this should be something you can just walk in and pick up off the counter so I really don’t understand that

  Terrible service leaves their customers pennyless trying to tell u things dont work like how u have been using for the past 2 year. To make u wait 6 days for a deposit
